All items are handmade to order, so please allow up to 4-6 weeks for dispatch of your goods. We put love and attention into each of our creations so please do bare with us whilst we work our magic. If you require your items before then, please contact us so we can make sure we can make up your order in the new timescale, note a surcharge may apply if you need to upgrade your delivery option and some larger orders may take longer to make and dispatch.
Small orders are usually sent within 2 - 3 weeks of payment being received, however, it all depends on the size and complexity of your order. With larger orders, please get in touch to make sure we have available space in our calendar to fit you in. We book all of our orders into a calendar system that's based on your event date.
If you can let us know your event date then we can then mutually agree a suitable delivery timeframe.

For all orders under £150 payment is to be received in full at time of placing order.
For larger orders stage payments can be agreed to spread the cost of your event, a minimum of 50% deposit will be required at time of order. All staged payments need to be received prior to goods being shipped / collected.

We work on a table rate shipping that's based on both the size of the package and the monetary value of your total order. Below you will find a postage chart for orders to the UK, sorry but we do not ship outside the UK.
Smaller items like corsages, buttonholes, and accessories which fit in a 165mm x 165mm x 165mm cube will go out on 1st Class Recorded through Royal Mail's 'Small Packet' rate. These will be fully insured to the value of the goods and a signature will be required for delivery.

£50.01 - £100.00 = £7.95
£100.01 - Plus = £11.95
Larger items like bridal bouquets, table arrangements and anything that's long or bulky in size will not fit in 165mm cube so we'll post these by courier. These will be fully insured to the value of the goods and a signature will be required for delivery.
£0.00 - £10.00 = £6.95
£10.01 - £25.00 = £7.95
£25.01 - £50.00 = £8.95
£50.01 - £100.00 = £9.95
£100.01 - Plus = £11.95
